Ask us to erase the personal data we hold about you. This goes straight to the AckerWorx support team as a priority request, and we reply within one month, usually much sooner. You do not need an account, and we never ask for an email address: replies arrive in the chat bubble on this site, in this browser.

The workspace name you signed in with, or a screen id.

Whatever identifies you in that product. We use it only to find and delete your data.

What happens next. A support lead confirms who you are from the details you gave (we may ask one or two questions in the chat), deletes your data from the product you named, and tells you when it is done. Our Android apps keep data only on your phone, so for those the in-app wipe is immediate and complete.

You can also exercise your other rights under UK GDPR (access, correction, portability) the same way: open the chat and ask. Complaints go to the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk.
